You just launched. Are players showing up?
The first days after a launch are when you most want numbers and when they are least settled. Roblox publishes each day's analytics a day or two late, retention needs time to age, and with a handful of players every number swings a lot.
What to check in the first days
- Whether the day you're looking at is complete. A day Roblox hasn't fully published yet can look like a collapse that isn't there.
- Daily players and visits, not percentages. With very few players, a change of two players can look like a 50% swing.
- Day-1 retention once the first cohorts have aged a day; Day-7 retention needs at least a week.
- Whether the game is live and Roblox is publishing new days at all, if a number stops changing.
Sample: an invented small game
Sample- Latest complete day: Oct 27, 2026. Days still pending from Roblox: 2.
- Average daily players over the last 14 complete days: 4.
- With this few players, drop alerts stay off: a change of a few players would look like a huge percentage.
Invented sample data from the learning lab, not a real game or customer result.

- Sign in with Roblox and connect a game you authorize: no code goes into your game.
- Days Roblox hasn't published yet are marked as pending, never shown as zero.
- A digest on your dashboard: Mondays on Free (one game), daily on Pro and Studio.
- Stall alerts on every plan when a number shows the same value for days. Drop alerts are on Pro and Studio, and they stay quiet for games averaging under 10 daily players, where a few players make huge percentages.
