LaunchBlip lets Roblox creators view analytics for their own games. You sign in with Roblox (OAuth). We never ask for your API key or password.

What we collect

• Your Roblox account: your Roblox user ID and username (from the openid and profile permissions), plus read-only access to your games (universe:read) and their analytics (universe.analytics:read). For each connected game we keep its universe ID and name.
• Game metrics: aggregated numbers only (players, players at once, retention, playtime, visits, revenue, conversion). We do not store data about individual players.
• What you enter: your email, timezone, language, email preferences (digest frequency, product emails), the date you confirmed you are 13 or older, ad budgets, update dates and notes, and your Discord webhook URL if you add one (stored encrypted).
• Billing: payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card. We keep your plan, its status and your Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Site usage: page views of the home page and clicks on "Sign in with Roblox", with the path, language, time and a random ID kept in your browser tab's sessionStorage (it is gone when you close the tab). We do not record IP addresses or device details, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Cookies: a sign-in session cookie (up to 14 days) and the lb_lang language cookie (up to 1 year).
• Service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and Discord only if you add a webhook.
• We only use this data to run LaunchBlip, and we never sell it.

How we protect and delete it

Only the owner of a connected game can see its data. We never share Roblox data.

Metrics are kept for at most 400 days, and for less on plans with shorter history.

If you press Disconnect game or Delete account, we revoke our access token at Roblox and permanently delete your data immediately. If we lose access to your game, we delete its data and email you.

Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

We do not send your data to any AI provider and never use it to train AI.

You must be 13 or older. You can unsubscribe from any email.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email launchblip@gmail.com. You can also delete everything yourself any time with "Delete my account" in Settings.
